Return of the Native Indian

The RNI project, a play on words referring to 

• the reversal of the NRI (Non-Resident Indian) movement, 

• to integrate the best of the West back into Bhārat, 

• thus realizing the Manthan needed.

Bhārat 2o - Civilizational Startup

the alpha-numeric 2o, not the geeky numeric-only 2.0

• where the 'o' stands for 'omni' - that is, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent 

• attributes of what is engendered by the Deva model inherent to the culture.

As startup opportunities go, Bhārat 2o has the most mind-blowing potential, evolving the entire world's civilizational culture, with the core rooted in the Yoga Mind for the Age of AI.

World over with so much information, and potential for advance, every culture and its diaspora is on the quest, for a life of meaning & abundance - will learn from this and implement in local communities.

Who

But, first, India, as the only ones uniquely positioned to anchor this techno-spiritual revolution.

As the nation-state of India is showing off its geo-economic progress, there are

• many seeking a return to at least the cultural, and even physical lands of their origin, and 

• native Westerners wishing to experience an emerging Bhārat, definitely commercial, and even spiritual, beyond checklist tourism.

Segments

This list of target audiences is organized so the difficult transition processes can be managed,

• for it's not going to be easy.

• but no startup is. 

Here is a way to introduce method into the madness of India, and solving for India solves the world.

Expat Families

One obvious is to RNI as an expat, and proliferate their particular required urban architectures

• fortressed corporates

• gated communities, international schools 

Not much to innovate here, but they are the easiest for families.

However, not well integrated into local milieus, so kids 

• head back without putting roots in native soil, 

• getting dragged back to the sanitized West because they do not find it fulfilling / appealing to frequently visit their RNI parents in Bhārat.

Next-gen Challenging

Both of these are challenging because it needs personal long-term commitment, and literally a one-way ticket:

• Families who have recently migrated West, 

  • but now seeking a cultural environment for raising their children before they turn fully "American" and revolt, 

  • now in a land that has recently turned hostile toward foreign cultures,

  • and also sandwiched by having to care for elders they may have left behind.

• Entrepreneurs who, having heard of the incredible growth story

  • are seeking their fount of riches, as the young of heart have always done in foreign lands,

  • also by experienced professionals who are keen to collaborate with young passionate teams, and provide seed capital, advice for their growth, and access to western markets.

  • but many a snare lies in wait that makes the journey into an Odyssey.

Ai-enabled Humans

• Elders who need low-cost health-care, and possibly fully-managed, caring, senior-care homes with living connected community.

• Education with weeks-to-months long residency programs to soak it in, 

  • of course outcome-based, 

  • but without committing to a rigid university degree, 

  • still worth it since knowledge is probably the one thing above all that the civilization has been sought for since time immemorial. And essential to cultivate learning world over in the age of Ai. 

Soft Capital 

• Culturally interested - thanks to diverse forms of music, food, art, fabrics, history, languages, etc. - something as obviously in the glare as destination events (weddings/conferences etc), showcasing all of this in one shot.

• Spiritually inclined, which includes many native Westerners too, for in a culture so ancient the search for timeless Truth pervades, and so many Ashrams and temples beckon - especially to ground reality in age of Ai.

• Social impact people, who want to contribute to the upliftment of the many pockets of yet-to-be fully developed society, in rural/tribal areas, and even urban slums.

It is not that the diaspora must move permanently back to their land of origin, but a hybrid online/physical integration with Bhārat in all these areas would be flexible and impactful. 

It is where the Manthan occurs.

We are looking at shifting the world's psyche, and thus all else will be harmonized.
