Churn for Bhārat
raising her Kundalini
raising her Kundalini
Since Yoga is so intrinsic to Bhārat, we present the Yogic model to properly view the civilizational psyche, in preparation for its evolution.
All non-harmonious memories, as part of the civilizational psyche, cannot be brainwashed away by dictat or constitution, or even formulaic education, and has to be resolved using, essentially, psychotherapy at the civilizational scale.
Thankfully a civilizational coherence is available intrinsically, through Yoga.
Rooting this search for an integrated cultural identity using the lens of Yoga can make a grand narrative more true to its native civilizational psyche, thus avoiding needless jingoistic aggression in this journey.
Each and every self-professed individual Bhāratiya though, also has their own narrative of life which usually takes immediate precedence given the impoverished beginnings of the Indian state, so the challenge is to weave these into a comprehensive fabric for the grander identity.
This is analogous to how the Tantric aspect of Yoga helps to weave the individual body through the fabric of Nature.
Thankfully in the Indian context some of the key Sanskrit names that characterize the current democratic governance of the nation-state of India are actually derived from the word Tantra, and thus depict structures of the Yoga mind, such as :
Loka-tantra
Gana-tantra
Man-tri
The word Tantra, at its core, is a Yogic technique for invoking and embodying energies of Nature that we can first-hand experience the cosmos, and harness her powers.
Outside of esoteric practices Tantra has come to mean, simply, a technique.
As an interesting aside, Yoga is characterized as "skill in action" in the Gita, Karmasu-kaushalam, as a way to perfectly hone technique in any aspect of life.
The Sanskrit word Loka-Tantra is usually translated directly into democracy, but one imbued with the spirit of life energy, where:
Loka means a location, and as per our Yogic model refers to abodes for conscious beings, whose energy forms swirl in our Chakras, psychic energy centers essential to Life, as discussed earlier.
Thus, Loka-Tantra is about crafting a conscious Being whose body is being expanded with the forces of Nature, not to embrace the entire cosmos-as-a-Conscious Being as in classical Tantra, but in this case Loka indicates the energy body of the entire nation-as-a-Conscious Being.
That is, the Loka-Tantra is the billion+ people who come together as a nation of citizens, within a single conscious energy being, its identity being formed as it comes literally to life, embodied in each of our physical living instances.
As in any such conscious Being, each of its Chakras in this nation-as-a-Conscious Being refers to the needs for security, pleasures, power, etc., similar to how the individual's chakras function, but here in a collective sense.
The realization of such aspirations is the job of the operational apparatus of the nation-state, that has been thus divinized, or Yoga-fied, into Devāsuras that will soon mediate the AI-machine of governance.
The Sanskrit word Gana-Tantra is usually translated into republic, where:
Gana is a tribe, or group, which is popularly used in the case of the Avatār of Shiva to refer to his flock of attendants, and in our case of a representative democracy it refers to the, usually ever-enduring, bureaucracy of governance.
To organize a billion+ democracy in systematic fashion it needs a set of elected representatives to work on its peoples' behalf, and that's why it's a Re-Public, that is, the voices of the people are again ("re") being brought together through its re-presentatives.
That is, the Gana-Tantra is the mechanism by which this group, who form the Gana of this nation-as-a-conscious Being, is being protected while they keep expanding the operational apparatus of the nation-state.
In Yoga terms, these would be equivalent to the sense organs or Indriyas that are directly connected to the sensory listening apparatus, and converting the people's voices into the world of operational action.
The Sanskrit word Mantri, is used to indicate ministers of governance, who have been put in place because they presumably know the Mind of the people and are thus now in a position of power, and can control the operational apparatus.
Its root word Man-tra is something that protects the Mind while expanding it, which indicates that a Mantri is one who sets the ideals for expanding the conscious Being of the State while keeping it protected.
Mantris rely on the life-long bureaucratic administration to get their election manifestos carried out, so it is through the Ganas that the Mantri works, exactly like the Manas (inner Mind) of the individual works through the Indriyas (sense-action organs) as in classical Yoga.
In theory, the above governance structures reflect Yoga - now we look at the dynamics of how to resolve the challenges in its operations.
Having mapped the aspects of the nation-state of India to various Yoga structures of its collective psyche, we then evolve it through Yoga processes, to manifest our most idealized Avatār, the living embodiment of the Epic Narrative of our collective identity.
It would result in a Civilizational State that pervades the whole world, not as a dominating Asuric nation-state, but in concordance with all the ideals we have discussed earlier.
Remember the Earth is but a small dot in the Universe, being readied for its determined leap forward, for which amazing journey the Mind of this little "cell" needs to be properly organized.
The Deva & Asura model has been thoroughly discussed in Mind as a Storyteller.
Albeit seemingly religious in nature, the idealized lived model exhibits an inclusive spiritual movement, with no issues of multiple Devas, derived from family or whatever other social/spiritual groups we individually fancy - however, in much disrepair currently, thus behaving like religion.
Witness the resurgent Rāma Mandir, and others soon to follow, where the gods will be worshipped in reality, which is fine as a way to calm the soul, but to actually realize their ideals in sustainable fashion will require us to know the inner implications deeply. After all, how can spiritual tourists throw trash on the streets in what is purportedly holy ground ?
Externally imported Asura ideologies, have been spread to systematically take over the mass consciousness driven by propaganda, such as:
Pseudo-secular mandates of urban intellectuals who want to (correctly) discard harmful tribal superstitions, but ignore the reality of the native Hindu who lives and breathes with their millions of Devas (psychic intelligences as "gods" crafted by Yogis), and pseudo because of deliberately taking sides with externally sourced ideological forces which are no better than religion cloaked in but a veneer of rationality.
Monotheistic religions that owe political allegiance to external power centers, governed by strict social codes, as defined by a "One God, One Book, One Prophet" model, creating anxiety because of One Life approach, and supposedly deserving of minority rights, which is ironic because they are actually local outposts of large multi-national ideologies that have found a foothold in India because of above pseudo-seculars. Can a KFC or MacDonald's be deserving of small-business protection rights?
The Asura energy can be better put to use in organizing Deva-inspired humans systematically into a structured framework suitable for governance, needed for centralized large-scale administration of the Rājya.
Governance today has been institutionalized into an overreaching government since India's independence thanks to our initial love affair with the highly mechanized, but now fossilized, Soviet-style model. Hence it is a full-blown Asura in its own right.
However, a governance system of conscious human Beings imbued with the psychic intelligence of Devas, would effectively manage the AI-machine in full alignment with the aspirational identity of Bhārat, in what would be a hybrid Deva-Asura model.
Unfortunately, exclusivist ideologies that are imported, are purely Asuric, and deliberately degrade the hyper-pluralistic Deva system, which is the mark of the Asura ideological virus as it threatens to overpower diversity, as we have seen before.
Before subjecting its participants to a Manthan, such as the citizenry or a debate panel, it is imperative that the participants fully understand the Yoga model, otherwise it could easily degenerate into endless debates serving only media metrics, or at worst as escalated conflict on the streets.
First read the Yoga of Rāmāyana - it is essential, especially for these times.
Also read the cosmic churn model in the Avatār effect.
The outcome of the churn would extract the essential useful bits from Asura ideologies, to coevolve with the dominant culture with some semblance of organization, yet enhancing the highly creative Deva model, an ideal combination.
We would have to flush the baggage of the past - all the persection, aggression, brainwashing, and consequent stagnation.
Then we wish to blend into the Yogic model of Hindu culture the following extracts of all ideologies, so they all feel "somewhat" included, eg:
Islam: brotherhood & peace
Christianity: love & forgiveness
Liberalism: freedom across borders
Gandhi-ism: Swarajya
Nehru-vian-ism: Romantic idealism
For the churn to be engaging with the masses, it would have to be accompanied by significant wealth generation, as the original Cosmic Churn promises.
But be aware that in the process, poisons of Asura's, as fossilized Rakshasa, are also produced - which at present are being stemmed by Dharmic minded people arising to arrest the muck of Asuric ideologies.
Asura's are fine, and much needed, in the machine-level, but not as psychic viruses in human minds.
There is no particular Avatār, such as that of Bhārat Māta, that can simply be thrust on the masses, else it would become as a state religion, or ideology; it needs to emerge organically.
This requires a massive churning of our collective consciousness using Yoga techniques.
In other words, the Epic Narrative of Bhārat can be mapped to the classic Samudra Manthan, whose characters and plot line need to be translated into contemporary context; it is not a 'thing' per se, but a 'process', because getting all stakeholders to agree to a process is the first step in resolving contentious issues.
Examples of Manthan are:
At the national level: any legislation being passed, which creates a massive controversy and, leaving aside violent uninformed protests, results in a thorough surfacing of the issues that need to get resolved, ideally in debate form.
At local levels: The literal meaning of Manthan is also a debate in civilized forums, such as those in the flourishing literary festivals dotting the landscape.
All Manthan's need to invoke the Deva's in proper manner - utilizing the correct krama, lighting lamps, chanting mantra's, meditating etc. prior to any debate - then only that is a Manthan - else might as well succumb to the "outputs" of AI.
Note all this is already happening today in the West vs Bhārat today, as Asuras vs Devas.
India seems to have convinced the world we are their non-threatening friend, that is, a Vishwa-Mitra, as American Asura and Daivik India interlock as primary actors in the manthan, respectively emerging as leaders of global North & global South.
The Truth-telling is happening across the board as the facts of colonialism and assorted ideological -isms are being brought to light, a process that seems to poison at first, but the awakening Natural Intelligence of Prakriti herself is managing to digest all the civilizational trauma, saving Shiva the transformer.
The Western actors have also been seduced superficially, as examples, by the Mohini of simplistic forms of Yoga as mere exercise, and Ayurveda as but tasty spices; in the space of geo-economics too, this seduction has happened with the endless supply of cheap IT resource outsourcing.
Now we are witnessing the Rāhu's in the form of "Return of the Native Indians (RNI's)" from Western economies, enticed by the huge startup and the inevitable corporate re-headquartering opportunities in India.
From a technical perspective, of the much-promised gifts from the churn, the digital infrastructure of the country is enabling public goods on a scale unseen before, and we are witnessing also the full development of the Guru-in-the-Cloud AI platform,
When the Ketus of true spiritual teachers, expert in Tantric techniques, comes to the forefront, training the participants to properly harness spiritual energies, then Bhārat evolves to be the VIshwa-Guru to the world.
In this model, all other nations will aspire to become Vishwa-Mitras, a harmonious web of collaborating nations.
The full transformation will be then complete.
Until of course, the rejoicing Devas of Bhārat get drunk into complacence and the manthan neeeds to be restarted.
Such a model would scale along both dimensions of Rājya and Rāshtra.
The two key dimensions along which any conscious nation needs to develop are:
Rājya, the hard-power of political governance framework, utilizing the Asuric power of AI effectively, and
Rāshtra, the soft-power of civilizational values, benefitting from the powers of the Deva's.
Both Rājya & Rāshtra have a common sound, Ra, indicating power, such as from the "sun", hence Rāma is from the Solar dynasty, which itself derives from Ram the Mantra for the Manipuraka chakra (solar plexus).
Evolving Bhārat's Epic Narrative along these two dimensions makes it a much more tractable problem as different techniques can be appropriately applied to each dimension.
The word Rājya comes from Rāja, meaning a King, that is, a ruler, which interestingly also means something which is "straight as a ruler", that is a system of governance that ensures everything is neat & ordered.
Rājya is the State in other words.
The 'jya' sound in Rājya indicates 'janma' or to give birth, as a tangible form, such as political governance.
Albeit the word Rājya indicates the necessary rules-based model of governance, it has been made more conscious when prefixed with Yogic terms, for example :
Rām Rājya, supposed to be a most highly principles-based period of governance when it is said that:
rains always came on time,
children were never deceased before their parents, and
justice was always done and seen to be done.
and of course, considering the female perspective, to not enslave them to male patriarchy.
Sva-Rājya is another type of Rājya which came into the nation's psyche, meaning Self-governance, during the nation's heydays of independence. The prefix Sva, usually translated and likely even a cognate of Self, is a powerful word:
Sva = Su + a, where
Su (meaning 'good'), and
a is either 'start' (of all the letters), or to 'counter '(e.g. aVidya, aDharma, etc.)
That is, Sva means that which is a good start for the quest for Self, and it also means that it is an active quest where we provide a good counter to ideologies that don't fit, so this is not a passive internal enquiry alone.
Without Yogic awareness of AI we would become an AI-Rājya - machines ruling humans!
In our particular case though, our Rishi-Rājya is the most desirable form of governance, as we would set incredibly lofty evolutionary goals; it would be aided of course by GITC, that has coevolved with Dhārmic humans and not just hyper-optimized machine intelligence.
The 'shtra' sound in Rāshtra indicates something which pokes & prods, as in awakening the spirit, hence is an intangible force, such as civilizational values.
There are several names from the history of this civilization that could qualify the word Rāshtra, such as Sanātana (eternal) or Dharma (sustainability), but these have not gained much currency in recent times as the terms Hindu & Yoga.
The 4 key civilizational values of Hindu culture, of which we have spoken extensively on, Dharma, Artha, Kāma, Moksha, are sufficiently general to be universal in character, so Hindu is not limited to a particular geography although it stems from the sub-continent which is particularly suited to cultivate such a temperament.
These values are best exemplified in the Itihās literature, and further elaborated in all manner of creative expressions like the festivals, seasons, names, food, music, temples, sports, defense, and more.
Hindu Rāshtra echoes the millennia old cultural roots of a billion people, who have no need of imported ideologies, or much clue about until recently, except to allow them to live alongside provided they do so in peace, even if not in complete harmony.
Hindu Rāshtra is so obvious, albeit currently problematic because it seems like a religion, although this has been thoroughly dissected and positioned as but a way of life that deifies anything that brings meaning to Life, and is a great candidate for soft-power.
But this comes with a caveat that unless we understand thoroughly that Hindu culture is but a set of cultural 'apps' on top of a Yoga 'OS', a Hindu Rāshtra could very well morph into a Hindu Rājya, and a well-meaning but eventually a consequent disaster.
Hindu-Rāshtra under the proper guidance of a Rishi-Rājya though, would cultivate the four noble pillars of Dhara, Artha, Kāma, Moksha.
It would reinforce the underlying Yogic models in everyday Sanskriti, such as:
The actual import of Itihas and Avatars.
Festivals, seasons, names, food, music
Sports such as kabaddi, kho (note the breath control, and the weaving of runners through the spine), mālkhamb, Karala-kattai, and native martial arts such kalari, kushti
etc.
At such point, in a land now sparkling with the Bhāratiya sanskriti, Bhārat Mātā would simply rise up as the Kundalini shakti of the land, and organically spread across the planet and transform it to as it once was likely to have been.
From there to a star-based Kardeshev civilization would need another hop though !
And thus it is our Rishi's truly become the Star Beings they are meant to be.
